and ultimately acceptance. Not only are these universal feelings, but they seem to be more relevant than ever.. Through comedy, storytelling, and poetry, we share our struggles with health, divorce, addiction, death, dementia, and more.

ABOUT US
Katie Mason was the 2023 Poet Laureate for the 40W Arts
District in Denver. She is also a licensed psychotherapist and stand-up comic who performs regularly for the International Association for the Study of Dreams. Katie has witnessed a lot of hardship in her life. Learning to grieve consciously and be honest about her fears was a skill she had to develop. She is honored to do these performances by acknowledging universal emotions and making art out of them.
Elaina McMillan is a hypnotist and belief coach who has used stand-up comedy to process her own challenges for more than a decade. Elaina is familiar with fear and grief as a mom to a kid who struggles with addiction, and as a caregiver to her mom with Alzheimer's. Developing this show has given her newfound tools to process hard things. She's grateful for the opportunity to share a range of feelings related to these experiences with humor and heart.
Andrea Vahl is an international speaker, comedian, and creator of the wildly successful stand-up show, Moms Unhinged.
She had not experienced much fear and grief in her life until she was hit with a potent combination of Covid, divorce, and the death of her father. Andrea knew she had a tough road ahead. This show has not only helped her to process her fear and grief, but it has inspired her healing.
